Inspired by the calm and peaceful atmosphere of Pai, Baan Krating Pai is located on the bank of Pai River where a field of jasmine rice cherishes healthily on our property. The resort is surrounded by rolling-hills and a naturally border of teak wood forest.

The town of Pai is known as one of the most tranquil and scenic town of Northern Thailand. Despite the small size of Pai, the town is serving as a home to a diverse group of mountain tribes include Shan, Karen, Haw Hmong, Muslims from Myanmar and Yananese Chinese. Pai is truly an undiscovered international Utopia.

A boutique resort with 32 private villas and a restaurant are serving to nature lovers and outdoor adventure seekers. The calm and peaceful atmosphere of Pai and easy living nature of local people have created Baan Krating Pai to be one of the most comfortable boutique resorts in town.

Accommodations
The 32 private and cozy deluxe villas have a view of our homegrown jasmine rice and interconnected water lagoon. With the simple Northern architect, our rooms are simple and comfortable with a changing color of the Northern forest.

Deluxe villas:
A single stand-alone villa overlooking the rice paddy field and teak wood forest is best for young honeymooners who seek a romantic and peaceful stay.

Deluxe pavilion:
A double-bay villa with a garden and easy access to the swimming pool is perfect for family with children or a group of friends who would like to enjoy their holiday together.

Junior suite:
An oversized room with daybed has the best view of the Pai River and locates within a walking distance from the swimming pool.

Suite:
The one and only oversized suite in the resort is comfortable with separate living room. The guests will have a panoramic view of the jasmine rice paddy field.

Baan Krating Pai not only offers comfortable accommodations, but also the largest full-service dining and seminar facility in town. Guests can also visit the afternoon fresh market to select their favorite ingredients to be prepared by our own local chefs.
